DOSE & DONE is made to enrich your life. That's why we use a high-quality chrome alloy and rust-free stainless steel – for a minimalist finish and true everyday usability. What means Longevity guarantee?

With " By "longevity," we mean 10 years from the date of purchase, which is the lifespan of the DOSE & DONE brand and company. The longevity guarantee therefore applies as long as DOSE & DONE exists as a brand and company.

What is covered by the longevity guarantee?

The longevity guarantee applies exclusively to the metal part of the pillbox (chrome alloy and stainless steel) when used properly .

What is not covered?

The following are specifically excluded from the longevity guarantee:

  • travel case
  • silicone inlay

  • Scratches, visible signs of wear and tear, and normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper handling or negligence on the part of the customer, e.g.

    • Drops/Impacts

    • careless or improper use

    • incorrect or unsuitable cleaning/care

In short: The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects in the metal part under normal, careful use – not everything that “can happen” in everyday life.

This is how the warranty service works

If you suspect a warranty claim:

  1. First, contact our customer service with a brief description of the problem.

  2. After approval by customer service, you send the pillbox back to us for inspection.

  3. We will only replace the metal box and send you a new pillbox after we receive the returned item.

The longevity guarantee therefore means replacement of the metal box, not repair, refund or exchange of other components.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory warranty rights – these are not limited by the Longevity Guarantee.
