You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return from us.
The following conditions must be met in order for a return to be possible:

Once your return has been confirmed by us, you will receive a return label and all further information.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without prior request.

Damages or incorrect items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Should an item be damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately so that we can quickly find a solution for you.

Regardless of our voluntary return policy, you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for deliveries within the European Union.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will inform you by email.
If approved, the refund will be issued as follows:

Pre-orders
Pre-orders are products that are not yet in stock at the time of ordering.
Important to know:

It's possible that we will only collect your payment later or only partially.

As long as the order has not yet been processed , you can cancel it via email.

Amounts already paid can be refunded in full or in part.
Once the order has been completed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Your statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days remains unaffected.
